Never act in way that intentionally damage another seller, their listings or their ratings.
If seller fails to provide the promised products or services, or if seller fails to follow the policy terms listed above Browserugs.com holds the rights of providing seller’s information to buyer in orders to protect itself and the buyer legally.
Any information you’ve provided on the website or any product listed on browserugs.com is considered as your promise to buyers, and you are the only party who is legally responsible to keep your promises to buyers.

Browserugs.com knows and understands how important your personal information is. Please review our Privacy Policy in to detail to fully understand how we use your information when using our services. Please note that if a seller accidentally provides a buyer’s name/email address when working with another buyer’s order the seller is responsible for that unauthorized disclosure not Browserugs.com.
Please note that if Browserugs.com and sellers are to be both collectors of buyer’s personal information and Browserugs.com is sued, fined or incurs expense because of an event you did as a joint data collector of personal information then you agree to indemmify BrowsRugs for any expenses it may occur in the processing of your buyer’s information. Please see section nine below for your indemnification obligations to Browserugs.com.
Please note that you will need to create an account with Browserugs.com to be able to use some of our services. Below are some of the rules about accounts with Browserugs.com:

In return we can send you information electronically such as by email, etc. instead of mailing you printed paper copies as this better for the environment. Termination by You. It is always hard to see you go but you can always terminate your account with Browserugs.com anytime you prefer in your account settings. Please note that terminating your account will not affect the availability of some of the content you posted throughout our services prior to your termination. Also, you will still have to pay any outstanding balances.
Termination by Browserugs.com. We can terminate and/or suspend your account also related accounts and your access to our services at any time with any reason and without any warning notice. If we ever do choose to do so it is important to understand that we do not have any contractual or legal right for you to continue to use our service. We cannot be liable for the effect the services may have with you including limiting your income or chance to generate income through our services.

You then in return release Browserugs.com from any claims that could be related to the items sold with our services which includes defective items, misrepresentations by sellers or even items that caused physical injury (like product liability claims).
